Villa Marina is a charming and distinguished, 4* award winning luxury Victorian villa that offers a haven of calm for that relaxing break you have been promising yourself, and they welcome you with a traditional Devon Cream Tea with home made scones, clotted cream and award winning local jams! The elegant, restful rooms with en suite facilities allow plenty of natural light from the large Victorian windows and are finished in soothing neutral décor, plus all those little extras that make you feel truly pampered (sorry, children are not catered for).

A full English breakfast is copoked to order with seasonal specials using locally sourced or Fairtrade produce where possible, and special dietary requirements can be catererd for - and don’t worry, if we haven’t got it, we can get it! There is private parking for guests to the rear of Villa Marina and in the summer months, relax in the south-facing gardens.

Take a gentle walk in to the town and down to seafront where there are plethora of eating establishments serving the finest international cuisine, or if you’re looking for something a little more brisk, try a healthy, bracing coastal walk and Dartmoor is just a short drive away.

Directions:: Take the M5 past Exeter & continue south towards Torquay on the A38. The road forks after approximately 3 miles. Take the left hand lane towards Torquay A380. Continue along approximately 14 miles of dual carriageway. Follow A3022 over next 2 roundabouts. At the Torre Rail Station/Halfords traffic lights, turn right into Avenue Road signposed Seafront. Villa Marina is situated 200 yards along on the left hand side, set back from the road.
