Les Routiers partners with the SRA!
Les Routiers UK & Ireland has taken another major step towards making sustainability mainstream in restaurants by signing a partnership deal with The Sustainable Restaurant Association (SRA).
The Sedbergh Café opened in August 2007 under the same management as the multi award winning New Village Tearooms 16 miles away in Orton. The Café offers a varied menu with the emphasis on home baking and cooking. Teas are blended by Taylors of Harrogate and coffees are Fairtrade, imported and roasted by Taylors of Harrogate, all of which are available to buy in the shop, plus a range of gifts and tea-related accessories.
The Sedbergh Café provides customers with a free internet access point together with free wireless internet access throughout. Sedbergh is situated on the Pennine Cycleway (Route 68, National Cycle Network) and has direct access to the Howgills. Awarded Les Routiers Café of the Year 2008, The Sedbergh Café offers exceptional quality, value and customer service.
