Les Routiers partners with the SRA!
Les Routiers UK & Ireland has taken another major step towards making sustainability mainstream in restaurants by signing a partnership deal with The Sustainable Restaurant Association (SRA).

The Red Lion Freehouse is a traditional, thatched country pub nestled in the Wiltshire countryside. Guy and Brittany Manning have an impressive background with both having worked around the world in many top restaurants. Their combined skills and expertise really make the Red Lion Freehouse menus exciting and interesting. Offering British and French classics cooked to Michelin star precision, they pride themselves on making, where possible, everything from scratch and on the premises using locally-sourced produce, enabling them to change the menu daily and provide customers which fresh, homemade food.
Looking to organise an event? With a private dining room that can seat up to 30 guests, or up to 50 guest across the entire pub, the Red Lion Freehouse is the perfect choice for private celebrations. Whether customers are looking to hold a small or large event, Guy and Brittany will work with you to organise a menu to suite all tastes and budgets.
To complement the superb food on offer, the drinks selection is of equal quality including an extensive wine and beer list - you are sure to find the perfect accompaniment for your meal. In the brighter months, there is also a large beer garden to enjoy a drink or two and al fresco dining.
