The Duke’s Head is a warm, friendly, atmospheric pub where you can find excellent food together with helpful, attentive service, perfect pints and excellent wine.  Food is cooked with a passion using locally-sourced ingredients to create imaginative menus, served in a relaxed yet professional manner.  Meals are cooked freshly to order so be prepared to wait, but it is well worth it.  To complement your meal, a well researched and eclectic wine list is served by knowledgable and confident waitrons. All in all, this dining pub is a rare find with its welcoming atmosphere, beautifully kept ales, lovingly cooked modern, British, colonial food and thoughtfully chosen wines.
