Les Routiers partners with the SRA!
Les Routiers UK & Ireland has taken another major step towards making sustainability mainstream in restaurants by signing a partnership deal with The Sustainable Restaurant Association (SRA).
Dave Tomlins is a traditional country butcher providing high-quality meat, home cured bacon and delicious handmade sausages. At the Country Butcher, prime Hereford and Scotch beef is hung for 21 days and comes with complete traceability; pork is from Gloucester Old Spot pigs and lamb is traditionally produced. Dave uses traditional methods with his other products too. He has been an award winning sausage maker for 35 years and his home cured bacon has also picked up medals.
