Heather was born in Norfolk but carved out a noteworthy career in France as a gastronomic chef; her experience and expertise is now being applied to the kitchen and menus at The Carpenters Arms. This has resulted in the designing of a menu to suit the most discerning of customers. The fixed price menu of four courses for £28.50 not only represents value for money, but offers the finest ingredients cooked perfectly.
