Les Routiers UK & Ireland has taken another major step towards making sustainability mainstream in restaurants by signing a partnership deal with The Sustainable Restaurant Association (SRA).

Description
Debbie and Tom have gently refurbished this beautiful Country Inn set in the heart of Blackdown Hills - dairy country with lots of amazing local produce. Flint walls, shiny wooden floors and open fires makes Candlelight Inn cosy in the winter, whilst a beautiful garden full of sunshine lends itself to barbeques in the summer.
Gravity-pulled beers and only West Country ciders or a nice glass of wine are served in a friendly, atmospheric bar. All their dishes use as much local produces as possible; Debbie and Tom know where their meat has been reared, where the game is shot and even the name of the boat that the fish is caught from.
The Candlelight Inn’s location makes the perfect spot to stop and break up a long journey to Devon or Cornwall. Or you could stay a bit longer and explore the secrets of the unspoilt Blackdown Hills area - plenty of amazing walks, friendly locals and beautiful landscapes.
