Les Routiers partners with the SRA!
Les Routiers UK & Ireland has taken another major step towards making sustainability mainstream in restaurants by signing a partnership deal with The Sustainable Restaurant Association (SRA).
This Grade II listed, elegant Georgian townhouse is situated just a short walk from the centre of the historic city of Hereford, and close to the railway station. Known the world over for its cathedral, housing the Mappa Mundi and Chained Library, Hereford is a fascinating destination for a short break. Aylestone Court has retains plenty of original features such as the beautiful oak and wrought iron staircase, marble fireplaces and sparkling chandeliers. It is discreet and offers a quiet home-from-home experience. The Club Room bar evokes the style of ‘old gentlemans club’ scents of leather and tabacco leaf in the air, and a library to browse at your leisure while enjoying an excellent range of whiskeys and liquers. The restaurant serves an exciting range of seasonal local food, with carefully selected sustainable fish used in the weekly changing menus; room service is also available.
Aylestone Court is the perfect place to explore the stunning countryside of Herefordshire and beyond, with the thrills of the mountains and the Brecon Beacons just a short distance away. Adventure breaks can be arranged.
